What I deliver

1) Resilience and UPS – Strategy

Define critical loads and recovery objectives, map failover options, and specify operational runbooks your electrical contractor can implement. Outcome, a non‑prescriptive strategy, decision brief, and test approach.

2) Peak Shaving and Tariff Optimisation – Control Objectives

Analyse demand profiles, set measurable objectives, and propose staged control across HVAC, process loads, EV, and storage. Outcome, control objectives and parameters, plus a steady‑state plan for your integrator to realise.

3) Renewables and Voltage Optimisation – Coordination Plan

Coordinate PV, wind, battery, and VO at a planning level to meet cost and carbon goals while protecting power quality. Outcome, reference architecture options and parameter guidelines, leaving detailed design to your suppliers.

4) Aggregator Readiness and Integration – Vendor‑neutral Support

Assess eligibility, compare partners, define data and API requirements, prepare test events, and support first live dispatch. I remain technology agnostic and independent of vendors such as Bryt, Fuuse, Krakenflex, and Enel X.

5) Project Rescue and Commissioning Support – Stabilise and Complete

If you are stuck at FAT, SAT, or go‑live, I stabilise the scope, clarify signals and states, and produce a simple, explainable plan your team and suppliers can finish against.

How I work

3. Model and plan, define options, control objectives, KPIs, and a pragmatic test method

5. Handover and support, decision brief, parameters, implementation plan, and a short validation report
